First three orders are proforma. Any order under $250 will still incur our minimum freight/package and handling charge of $20. When first 3 proforma orders are paid in full with in a 12month period then opening an account can be applied for. If 3 orders are not placed in the year than no account can be applied for and must stay on a proforma basis. Should you choose to continue to pay for all orders after the 3 proforma conditions period, then Chezanzibar will offer an early payment incentive at an arranged request. Otherwise all approved accounts applications will be under the terms of 30 days from invoice date. Accounts not paid within this time will incur a 2.5% accruing penalty fee. All goods remain the property of Chezanzibar until paid on time, and on continual late accounts they can revert to proforma conditions under managements discression. Payments are happily accepted by credit card but a 3% balance charge on Amex, also take cash/ cheque/direct deposit . We require an advice of payment on d/d to be faxed or emailed to the office when paid.
